Visiting Google Headquarters in California was a wonderful experience! The campus is beautifully designed, clean, and full of creative energy. The atmosphere reflects innovation and teamwork, with friendly staff and an inspiring environment. It’s fascinating to see how technology and creativity come together here—definitely worth a visit if you get the chance!

I am a Fi customer of over 3 years. My disabled son whose main way to communicate is texting, forgot his password for his mail account, which we need to set up his new phone. I exlained this to the service person who told me that he had escalated our reset request so we would not have to wait 48 hours to reset. Nothing yet from Google, so I guess the escalation process does not work. Dissapointed

I’m giving you five stars because you haven’t replied to my emails. It’s been more than four weeks since I’ve been trying to contact you, but unfortunately, no one has responded. My business page on Google Maps has been suspended. Please reply to my email or contact me, or send me the phone number of one of your staff so we can talk about the page. Thank you.

Leaving this here as a general review of Google's customer service...
I have opened 3 different tickets in the last 3 weeks, attempting to get help resolving a matter affecting my business involving a review bomb and subsequent suspension of reviews for my business. The first response I received was not adequate, and I have replied to that email for additional assistance.
That email was never answered. I opened up another ticket, and the response was that "you have already contacted us and this issue has been resolved" when in fact it had not.
I contacted someone via a chat feature and was told "the review team" will get back with me via email. They never did. I opened up a third ticket after this fact, detailing everything that had happened and the fact that I still needed assistance.
I just received a THIRD automated response stating the matter has been resolved in a previous ticket.... It has, in fact, not been resolved! This has been a completely ridiculous process, and wholly inadequate.

Google Maps support still hasn’t verified my business listing after a month of escalations. I’ve passed them leases, done the video verification, and submitted multiple times. I need real help with this issue.
